    Deciding to work with Nat and not really knowing what I was going to get out of it was a scary thought. However from our first interaction I knew I had made the right choice. Straight away I began to release and see so many things. With her knowledge, tools and just genuine care for others to better themselves I have learnt to love myself. I have gained self confidence and how I can affirm that daily. I have gained a great understanding on how positive thoughts can have such a positive impact on your daily life and how you view things. So much I have gained and so much has changed. This is a journey I was so nervous to start but now excited to continue. You are so appreciated❤️

    Natalie has a natural ability to make the space feel calm, comfortable and safe from the very first session. I quickly felt at ease and understood - it took me a few sessions to open up, but Natalie was patient and knew exactly what to say and do to build my confidence. Her honesty and non-judgmental approach mixed with the tools and resources she gives has helped me to work though things in a way that I understand and believe in. Natalie is open and relatable which makes the whole process a lot less daunting! My thought processes have changed completely; I am able to look at things with more clarity, understanding and compassion. The biggest change is that I am now able to actually trust myself and say that I AM ENOUGH JUST AS I AM and feel comfortable in doing so - I wouldn’t have been able to confidently say that before. I am more confident in not only myself, but in my ability to manage each day…even the crappy ones are a little easier to get through! I have my little book of tools. I continue to use and apply each day what Natalie has taught me; it’s invaluable! I couldn’t recommend her enough.

    Natalie has been the person to help me break through the boundaries I’d built up, out of fear and trauma through the horrendous health condition I’ve been going through over the past 22 months. I wasn’t leaving the house before I met Natalie, and I was scared to let people see me unless I was wearing a mask, due to the physical implications of my condition. Natalie taught me to care less about what other people think, and prioritise the most important things - self care and self love. I am living again, and I’m doing things I didn’t think would be possible this time last year. I wanted nothing more to feel free and more like myself again. Although I’ve still got a long way to go, I’m LIVING again- I’ve been on holiday, I’ve been out of the house more on a regular basis, I’m communicating my need for fun more effectively and helping my partner to curate a plan, and I’m enjoying my body more with light exercise and adventurous activities like I used to do. I am so much kinder with myself, and although I’m still not where I hope to be, I trust I can take myself there with the deepening of self love she’s helped me to gain. I can’t thank Natalie enough for giving me my life back.

    I chose to have sessions with Natalie to improve my self esteem and insecurity issues, as well as helping to organise my time to work on myself, relationships and business etc. I am so impressed with how Natalie gets me to look at things differently and she always lifts my mood and spirits whenever I speak to her. I have chosen to continue to see Natalie twice a month as I get so much out of the sessions that I didn't want to stop. Natalie makes me feel totally at ease and comfortable throughout the sessions, to be completely honest with her and myself, it's like talking to a great friend who I have complete trust in and have built such a good rapport with. No matter how big or small the issue is that I want to discuss, I know that Natalie has a keen interest to listen and not pass judgement. I thoroughly recommend if anyone is thinking about having coaching sessions then Natalie is the best coach you could ask for.

    Having coaching with Natalie has made such a huge difference to my life. I've gained a lot of confidence and self esteem from the tasks Natalie gave me and the sessions we had. My Self esteem started 0/1 and now is at 8 out of 10 and I never thought that would be possible. Sometimes the tasks were challenging but they were so worth doing and really helped. The meditations, the affirmations, the exercising, the self care, will be things that I will continue to apply to my life. Having Natalie as my coach I felt really understood, knowing that she had been through similar experiences made me feel safe, not judged and validated. She made me feel like I am enough, and I now truly believe it and really understand myself. I'm no longer in survival mode, I feel like I’m more present and living rather then surviving. I'm able to lay boundaries, deal with stress better, I no longer I have fear of going to places and worrying about what others think. I Worry about everything a lot less, feel happier and feel so much better about myself.
