H – Heal from your past
This is where you explore the core wounds and stories that are driving your feelings, behaviours and choices in the present. You’ll learn how to unpick and release the power that those experiences have over you and how you feel about yourself.
O – Owning your story and the part you played
When you own your story you take your power back. When you evaluate the parts you played you give yourself the power to write a new story. By fully embracing everything that makes you you, you begin to form a new connected relationship with yourself because from that everything else flows.
By fully embracing everything that makes you you (even the things you feel deep shame about), you'll form a new, connected and loving relationship with yourself, where everything you desire (the relationship, the confidence, the life) will start to flow in.
M – Mind/Body connection.
You’ll learn to understand the deep connection between your mind and your body and how to work on healing both. Your nervous system and mind are so deeply linked that you need to focus on healing both in order to truly see a shift. Making this connection and healing from that place will be your biggest game changer and is something that a lot of healing modalities overlook, because they just focus on one, not both.
E – Education around healthy relationships
If you’ve come from a lack of secure healthy attachments or had unhealthy/toxic relationships then learning what healthy looks like (and how to be it) is the last vital piece of the puzzle. We don’t know what we’ve not been shown. So really understanding this will ensure you don’t keep being drawn back into the same patterns and painful places and where you will really find your freedom and attract the relationship that you truly desire.
